To install Plauti Agentforce: 

Requirements

In order to create Agents in Salesforce (in general, not just for Plauti Agentforce), you need to:

• Have Einstein Setup enabled
• Have Agentforce Studio enabled

Please contact your Salesforce account manager if you do not yet have these features.

Configuring your Org for Agentforce

First, configure your Org for using Salesforce Agentforce. Enable the following Salesforce settings, or make sure you have them enabled:

1. Go to Salesforce Setup.
2. In Einstein Setup, make sure Einstein is enabled.
3. In Service Cloud Einstein / Einstein Platform, enable Einstein Bots.
4. In Agentforce Studio / Agentforce Agents, enable Agentforce.
5. Create a Plauti Einstein Agent User. Alternatively you can use an existing Einstein Agent User, but it should be able to get the Plauti Agent permission set later on.
   1. Create a new User
   2. At ‘User License’, select Einstein Agent
   3. At ‘Profile’, select Einstein Agent User
   4. After saving, assign it the Agentforce Service Agent User permission set and Save.

Installing Plauti Agentforce

Then, install Plauti Agentforce:

1. Go to the AppExchange and click Get it now . 
2. Decide if you want to install in Sandbox or Production.
3. Decide if you want to install for Administrators only, All Users, or Specific Profiles. 
4. Click Install.

Configuring the Agentforce User

Finally, assign the Plauti Agent permission set:

1. Open the Einstein Agent User you created.
2. Assign it the Plauti Agent permission set and Save.

Plauti Agentforce has been installed.

Installing Plauti Apps for Plauti Agentforce

Plauti Agents make use of the native Plauti Apps for Salesforce. Without these, the Plauti Agents cannot function.

Data Validations with Plauti

For ‘Plauti Agentforce - Email Validation’ and ‘Plauti Agentforce - Phone Validation’, make sure

• You have installed Plauti Validate 
• You have sufficient validation credits

After you finished 

• installing Plauti Agentforce, 
• configuring an Agentforce User for Plauti Agentforce, and 
• installing the necessary Plauti Apps such as Plauti Verify, 

you are ready to create a Plauti Agent.
