DC Jobs not visible in Plauti Cloud

Question:

I have started a DC Job in DC, but it does not show up in Plauti Cloud. In DC the job is still on status Holding or Waiting.

Answer:

Please check the following:

  • Is the Connection to your Salesforce org still active? Read more here if this is not the case: Connection is inactive 
  • Is the DC Job visible for the Team Owner? If only some team members cannot see the job, assign them the DC User or Owner role in Team Management.
  • If you are using Salesforce, make sure that the user that was used for the Connection has full access to all Apex classes.
