Deduplicate Jobs not visible in Plauti App

Question:

I have started a Deduplicate Job in Plauti Deduplicate, but it does not show up in Plauti Cloud, Desktop or Server. In Plauti Deduplicate the job is still on status Holding or Waiting.

Answer:

Please check the following:

  • Is the Connection to your Salesforce org still active? Read more here if this is not the case: Connection is inactive 
  • Is the Deduplicate Job visible for the Team Owner? If only some team members cannot see the job, assign them the PD User or Owner role in Team Management.
  • If you are using Salesforce, make sure that the user that was used for the Connection has full access to all Apex classes.
  • If you are using several of the Plauti Apps, check that you sent it to the app you wanted to use. Jobs sent to Plauti Cloud are not visible in Plauti Desktop/Server and vice versa.
