Question:
I can't find the Plauti Deduplicate app in the App Launcher; why?
Answer:
- The Plauti Deduplicate app might not have been added to your profile yet.
You can ask the System Administrator of your Salesforce org to grant access to the app to your profile in Salesforce Setup; either via App Manager, or via Users > Profiles.
App Manager:
- Find “Plauti Deduplicate" (developer name: plauti_deduplicate), and click the arrow icon > Edit.
- In the Lightning App Builder, at left, click User Profiles.
- Move your user profile from Available Profiles to Selected Profiles and click Save.
Profiles:
- Find your Profile and open it by clicking its name.
- Click Assigned Apps.
- Click Edit.
- Find "Plauti Deduplicate (dupcheck__plauti_deduplicate)" in the list, and make sure the checkbox is set to Visible.
- Click Save.
You can now find the Plauti Deduplicate app in the App Launcher. To keep the app always visible in the App Launcher dropdown, click View All and drag the Plauti Deduplicate app to top left.
- You are looking for the Duplicate Check app. The app now has a new name: Plauti Deduplicate. In the App Launcher, search for Plauti Deduplicate instead.
