When I am on a record page, DC Live shows a message stating 'You're not licensed to use this feature'.

Answer

You currently have the Free Edition. 

Most of the time, this happens in a Sandbox after a Sandbox refresh was performed. You need to extend the Duplicate Check license from the Production Org to the Sandbox. Use this guide to do so.

Another reason for this error might be that your 14-day trial expired, or your subscription expired. If that is the case, please reach out to Plauti's Support team at support@plauti.com
