Overview of all Duplicate Results

The Overall Job Results overview, accessible via the Deduplicate Overall Job Results tab, provides an overview of all duplicate records that are found across all existing deduplicate jobs, and other duplicate processes such as Unique Import, API Single Insert prevention, Web to Lead, and more.
The duplicates are grouped by Object.

Click View Results to open a specific Object's duplicate results list.

Click Refresh  to fetch new duplicate records that have been found in the meantime by the different duplicate processes.

Overview of all Results per Object or Cross-Object

After clicking View Results to view a specific Object's or Cross-Object's duplicate results list, the overview of all results of all jobs for that Object or Cross-Object are displayed. 

The overview per Object or Cross-Object has several options:

	Open all groups or pairs in one go.
	Close all groups or pairs in one go.
	Fetch new duplicate record job results that have been found for this Object or Cross-Object in the meantime.
	Filter to display a subset of duplicate results for this Object or Cross-Object. You can filter on: Job Type: filter on the way the duplicates were found, e.g. Deduplicate Results (Deduplicate Job run in Salesforce), Plauti Applications (Deduplicate Job run on Plauti Server or Plauti Cloud), Web-to-Lead job, etc. <Object> Owner: filter on the record owner <Object> Record Type (if applicable) <Object> Predefined Filter: filter on parameters set in a Predefined Filter‍ for the object. All records in a pair must match filters: (only available for Single Object overviews) Only those records in a group or pair that match the predefined filter you set above are displayed. AI Advice on Group: filter on the AI Match Recommendation‍ result for the duplicate groups. Note that this concerns the Group result: the groups might include pairs with a higher or lower result. For example, if you filter the group result on 'Uncertain', these might contain a pair with 'Duplicate' as result. But the result for the entire group is 'Uncertain'.

Processing duplicate records

Reviewing and processing duplicate records via the Overall Job Results works for the most part similar to how you process duplicates in a single Deduplicate Job. There are a couple of extra features:

• Graph View: each group has the option to show a Graph View. This Graph View displays the matching percentages between all record pairs in the group in a node-edge graph.
  
  
  
  
  • Access the Graph View via the More  action menu of a group > Show Graph View  .
  • Select record nodes to compare the record details.
• When folded open, each duplicate group displays at right where it was detected:
  
  

Furthermore, some features are slightly different:

• When converting Cross Object results, for now, the regular "Convert" button is only available in Pair View ("Convert Pair"). 
• When discarding duplicates, you only have the option to discard them for this job ("Discard Selection" / "Discard for this job") or discard them forever. Note that forever discarded duplicates can still be retrieved via tab Deduplicate Discards‍.
