We probably asked you to grant us login access to investigate your support case. In this article, we will show you how you can grant external access to the Plauti Support Team in Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning.

How to grant access to Plauti Support in Salesforce Classic

Step 1 Grant login access to Plauti Support in Salesforce Classic

  1. Click on your 'User Name', at the top right of the Salesforce page. In the dropdown menu select 'My Settings'. Example picture below:
  2. Click on 'Personal' and under there select 'Grant Account Login Access'. Example image below:
  3. Make sure to Grant Access To Plauti B.V. Support for at least a few days, so we have sufficient time to investigate your case. Example image below:

Step 2 Inform our Support Team with your ORG ID

  1. Find your ORG ID in Salesforce.
  2. Inform support that you have granted access and send along your ORG ID.

  1. Navigate to your profile image and then click on 'Settings'. Example:
